Quick Hands Hockey — Privacy Policy

The short version. Quick Hands Hockey has optional player accounts so your progress can sync across devices via Unity's cloud. It uses your camera for puck tracking — processed on your device, never uploaded. It uses Unity's services (including basic analytics) to run the game. It does not collect your location, contacts, or microphone, has no ads, and no chat, voice, or friends features.

This Privacy Policy explains how Athnexa Sports Technology / Jimmoverse ("we", "us") handles information in the Quick Hands Hockey mobile app (iOS com.jimmoverse.quickhandshockey, Android com.jimmoverse.quickhandshockeygoogle) (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

To save and sync progress, you can create an account. You may sign in with a username and password, Unity Player Account, Sign in with Apple, or Google.
We (via Unity) store a Unity Player ID, your username, and your display name.
If you enter an email address, it is stored only on your device to help you recover your username — it is not stored on our servers.

Gameplay progress (cloud-synced)

Your game data — statistics, high scores, play time, achievements, rank/XP, and challenge history — is saved to Unity Cloud Save and tied to your account so it can sync across your devices.
This is gameplay progress only. We do not store messages, location, or contacts.

Camera

The App uses your camera for real-time puck tracking as a game input. Camera frames are processed on your device using on-device computer vision and are never recorded or uploaded.

Analytics & diagnostics

The App uses Unity Analytics, which automatically collects standard technical and usage information (such as device model, operating system, and session/gameplay events) to help us understand performance and improve the game.

What we do not collect or use

No location, contacts, or microphone access.
No advertising, ad identifiers, or ad SDKs.
No chat, voice, friends lists, or public player directory.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive your payment-card details. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. How We Use Information

To create and secure your account and sync your progress across devices.
To operate core gameplay, including on-device camera tracking.
To understand performance and improve the App (analytics).
To provide purchased features.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Age & Children

Quick Hands Hockey is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Because the App uses accounts and analytics, we ask that children use it only with a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the App. This removes your cloud-saved data (stats, achievements, rank, challenge history) and your Unity Authentication account.
Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the App.
You may also request deletion via our Account Deletion page or by email.

7. Data Security

Account and cloud-save data are handled through Unity Gaming Services using industry-standard protections. Sign-in is via trusted providers (Unity, Apple, Google). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can delete your account in-app, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
