Athnexa provides an AI-powered athlete development platform designed for training, performance tracking, and skill improvement.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account through Unity Authentication (Unity Player Accounts).

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Eligibility

The Services may be used by individuals under the age of 18 only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising usage.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Services may offer paid features, subscriptions, or digital content through in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
We do not store payment information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account

All purchases are subject to the terms of the platform provider.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Athnexa provides training tools and analytics designed to support athlete development.

We do not guarantee:

Performance improvements
Athletic outcomes
Specific training results

Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and external factors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services
Use cheats, exploits, or automation to manipulate results
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks related to Athnexa are owned by or licensed to Athnexa.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Services without permission.

8. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
