BladeIQ — Privacy Policy

The short version. BladeIQ watches your puck with your camera to track stickhandling — and all of that video processing happens entirely on your device. We don't have accounts, we don't run analytics or ads, and we never upload your camera feed, photos, or training data. Your stats stay on your phone.

This Privacy Policy explains how Athnexa Sports Technology ("Athnexa", "we", "us") handles information in the BladeIQ mobile app (also released as "Quick Hands AI"; iOS/Android app ID com.athnexa.bladeiq) (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

BladeIQ is designed to work without collecting personal information. Specifically:

Camera & video

The App uses your device camera to detect and track the puck and stick in real time.
Camera frames are analyzed on your device using bundled on-device machine-learning models. Video is not recorded, stored, or transmitted off the device, and we never receive it.

Profile photos (optional)

You may optionally add a profile photo for a skater from your camera or photo library. The photo is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to us.

Training data (stored locally)

Skater profiles (name, age group, handedness) and drill results (scores, accuracy, reaction times, streaks, puck-position data) are saved in a local database on your device. This never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

What we do not collect

No account, login, name, or email address.
No location, contacts, or microphone access (microphone is disabled).
No analytics, advertising identifiers, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

BladeIQ offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions ("Pro"). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription-infrastructure provider.

We do not receive your name or payment-card details — those are handled by Apple/Google.
RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier to your purchase so the App can unlock the features you bought and restore them if you reinstall. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

3. How We Use Information

Because your data stays on your device, we use it only to make the App work for you: run on-device puck tracking, save and display your skaters and training stats, and unlock purchased features. We do not sell data, and there is no data for us to sell.

4. Children's Privacy

BladeIQ is family-friendly and may be used by children. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, the App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. In-app purchases are placed behind a parental gate to help prevent unintended purchases by kids.

5. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

All of your data is stored locally on your device.
You can delete individual skaters or all training data from within the App.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
To cancel or manage a subscription, use your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Data Security

Your information is protected by your device's own security (passcode, biometrics, OS sandboxing). Since we do not transmit or host your personal data, there is no server-side copy to be breached.

7. Your Rights

Under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA you have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Because BladeIQ keeps your data on your device and we hold none of it, you can exercise these rights directly in the App (view, edit, or delete your data, or uninstall). 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
